The Museum of Northern California Art  (monca) invites Northern California artists to submit proposals for a solo or small group exhibition in our Phillips Gallery. We require that the artworks have been produced primarily in Northern California, and the artist(s) must currently reside in Northern

 All fees are non-refundable.
