Whether you're hosting an event, presenting a performance, or organizing a community gathering, we offer several partnership and rental options to fit your goals.  Independent Rental

• Participant pays a flat rental fee for use of the space.
• Participant retains 100% of event proceeds.
• monca provides the venue only.

monca Benefit Event

• No rental fee.
• Participant donates 100% of event proceeds to monca.
• Event is presented as a fundraiser benefiting monca.
• monca will promote event through newsletter/social media.

Revenue Share Partnership 

• No rental fee.
• Event proceeds are split: 20% to monca, 80% to the participant.
• Revenue-sharing partnership between monca and the presenter.
• monca will promote event through newsletter/social media.

• - Single Gallery (2 hour minimum) $100 hourly
• - Entire Facility, 1/2 day (up to 4 hours) $1,000
• - Entire Facility, full day (over 4 hours) $1,500

*Discounted rates available for nonprofit institutions. 

Hours are based on museum operating hours:

• Monday–Wednesday: 8:00am – 11:00pm (available all day)
• Thursday–Sunday: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
• Special Provision: The Ginochio Gallery may be rented during normal museum hours for large groups with at least 30 days advance notice. This does not require museum closure and adds a 10% premium to the standard rental rate.
