Join local dancer and choreographer, Ray Hayes, for a fun, beginner-friendly series where you will learn up to 3 social dances in 5 weeks: Salsa, Bachata, and West Coast Swing! 

You don’t need ANY previous experience to join the Intro level classes, however, students will need to know their basics to join the West Coast Swing level 2 class. Please below for prerequisites. Ages 14+ recommended. Two left feet are welcome here. 

Tickets are $20 per week and include up to 3 classes!**

No partner? No problem! We rotate partners in class and the instructor dances with students as well. Many people join the classes solo, we will rotate you in!

**The full 5-week series is all inclusive and includes up to 15 classes! Weekly tickets expire on first use and cannot be carried over to following weeks.

Weekly schedule (classes are 45 minutes each): 
6:00pm - Intro to Salsa and Bachata Dance
6:45pm - Intro to West Coast Swing
7:30pm - West Coast Swing Level II*

West Coast Swing Level II Prerequisites: Level 2 West Coast Swing students should be familiar with the basic sugar push, left side pass, underarm turn, and basic whip.

Drop-ins are welcome every week, but please understand, those taking the full series will have more knowledge by week 3 than those dropping in for the first time. A brief review will be offered every week, but it is highly recommended to sign up for the full  5-week series to have the best experience.

What if I don't know my basics? If you are interested in joining the West Coast Swing level 2 classes, but don't know your basics yet, please attend the Intro to West Coast Swing 5-Week series at least twice prior to jumping into level 2. Alternatively, you may request instructor approval. We will have a brief 5-minute “audition” prior to every level 2 class to ensure everyone knows their basics.
